DUOLAC is owned by Cell Biotech in South Korea and is a company highly specialized in probiotic supplements. The Danish office approached InMind and asked us to create something that would add value for the pharmacist and strengthen their connection to the brand. After the research phase involving the sales force and pharmacies, we decided to create a physical binder for pharmacists, providing them with relevant information about DUOLAC's products, latest research, and industry insights. This "knowledge supplement" approach was designed to offer continuous value and positioning DUOLAC as a trusted source of probiotic information. It also gave DUOLAC's sales team a reason to visit pharmacies regularly, fostering stronger relationships and reinforcing the brand's status as a market leader in probiotics.
